Service contracts can be extended to include software modifications and upgrades, if desired. We are happy to offer single, one-off visits to service an AVAS installation or can quote for contracts involving regular visits to site made annually or bi-annually, for example. All of our service visits include:

- checking the functionality of the hardware, including transducers, signal cables, signal conditioning hardware, and verifying that the communications and status signals are present and being acted upon.

- checking the calibration of the AVAS system with the aid of an independent monitoring system comprising UNIVIB's portable test gear (accelerometers plus spectrum analyser).

UNIVIB offers an after-sales maintenance and calibration service for AMTRI AVAS vibration monitoring systems already in the field. This service is applicable to AMTRI mill monitoring systems running the AVAS Mill Module, Tracking and Trending Module and Database Modules and to roll grinding machine vibration monitoring systems running the AVAS Grinder Module. It is also applicable to those installations involving the instrument versions of the monitoring systems including the AMTRI Mill Monitor and AMTRI Roll Grinder Monitor.
